Thank you so much for your contribution to Lidè.  Your gift supports our efforts to empower at-risk adolescent girls across Haiti through programs in the arts, education, and health.

Your generosity makes it possible for girls to learn photography, creative writing, theater, and dance.  It also supports our academic programs, including scholarships for primary and secondary school, literacy and numeracy classes, tutoring, and computer skills learning.  And, through your gift, girls are able to receive healthy nutritious meals, quality medical care, and mental health support in isolated rural areas of the country where, as they have told us, “opportunities like this, simply do not exist.”

Thanks to contributions like yours, we have programs flourishing at 8 different rural locations, and currently serve over 1,200 girls.

The road to empowerment and educational success is a road of many obstacles. Each day, we watch the girls of Lide learning and growing in so many new and exciting ways, and we find ourselves learning right alongside them.
